House Semya Update Jan 2026

First, HS/Thrill of the Hunt will continue normally through its planned endpoint. We aren’t making any changes to the weekly formula as you know it. But we are going to try HS as a Twine story, which means a whole bunch of things. First, it has to be modified to remove blood relations from the lewdness. This isn’t as radical a change as it sounds like, and it’s simple enough—Lady Charlotte and her daughters are Raf’s stepmother and stepsisters. No big deal. As far as the chapters being posted on CHYOA, for THRILL everything stays as is. For the Twine version, it’ll be the modified Step-Version, and the narrative is adjusted to accommodate it. Surprising no one, it works better that way. Part 1, A DIPLOMATIC MISSION, will get some edits and upgrades and a little extra content. That will be released as a Twine story, and it’ll be available Day 1 when the Patreon goes live. It will end up as a free demo on itch eventually if you don’t want to do Patreon. Voting Improvements

Among the writing sins that I have committed with voting stories has been an unnecessary level of opacity on top of story structure that doesn't suit eroticism and other trappings that make it more difficult for a work to function as smut.  The OG SSS is always going to be the first example of this. One of the issues with that story was that I saw it one way and readers saw it another, and I kept expecting readers to adapt to the story when I needed to adapt the story to them*. From my perspective, as someone who’s basically obsessed with the horror genre and old timey slasher films, to me it was perfectly natural that lots of girls would get killed off. But readers saw the body count as failure on their part, and then there was the problem that while eroticism and bloodshed are often mixed to one degree or another in slasher movies—slasher movies are not smut. Happy New Year!

Mayor Elect Viking raises a fist and leans into the mic. "And I promise that in the coming year, I will once and for all put a stop to the shenanigans,"  Narrator (Morgan Freeman): The shenanigans continued.  In a world where a handful of people probably just want a very quick daily smut read, I am once again making big and potentially dumb plans. Most of them have to do with the story that I intend to follow Futa Formula 1 with when FF1 ends in probably Q1 or Q2 2026. Let me get this out front: if you’re just in it for the daily chapters, you’re good, that part is not changing. There will be a new story, it’ll be futa, there will be votes and it will pause occasionally and something else will run—just like FF1. The overall vibe will be similar to FF1; the story will hopefully be more focused and structured and I intend to learn from some FF1 mistakes like pairing off the protagonist too early, etc—but we are not reinventing the wheel, just trying to do a slightly better one...

Christmas! Panic!!

I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. Just a couple small things because there’ll be a bigger blog post after the new year to talk about some of the big dumb things that I have planned. First, ARR will end soon because I believe it’s around 60 chapters long. I hope it’s gratifying for the reader who commissioned it that it’s (as usual) way more popular than my normal stories. I have a number of commissions and stories in reserve that can take its place, but I’m honestly unsure about what the best thing to do is. One of the cool things about ARR was that it was long and ongoing, so it was almost like having two ‘main’ stories. I have some other pretty long ones. I don’t know. Bottom line, expect the unexpected until we get things figured out. The Christmas story this year is 11 chapters long, so if my calculations are correct, we start on 12/13 so that it ends on 12/24. I figure everyone will be busy Xmas day (me included), but I’ll still try to post a normal daily. The Christmas...

November already?!

The Halloween Special ate up most of October and paused everything else; I don’t know if that’s a good or popular way to do things. Particularly since it wasn’t the most lewd-dense VFU story. It was light and hopefully not stressful, which is (I think) the direction that readers want SSS to go in. I’m open to feedback, but I’m thinking we’ll make the Xmas Special this year a little shorter. Like, instead of 12 days of Christmas, maybe we do fewer. I’ve already promised one pairing, so if we want to do a couple of light little vignettes, let’s say I need two more. So, if you read this and you care, DM me with a nomination, for example: “AlicexGlynda” or “ReyxSally” or “RileyxAki”—you know, whoever. Futa and loathing in autumn

  Messiness: FF1 is getting toward the Italian Grand Prix. We are entering the final section of the story, but at the rate I’m going, it’s not coming anytime soon. I’ve put a lot of thought, way more thought than is healthy for an e-smut hobby, into what comes next, but since that’s probably a year away, we can worry about that later. For now, FF1 continues as usual. SS: TIE is, in my opinion, going well. It doesn’t lend itself to the best lewd content, but it’s getting crazy, and the nature of the choices it allows really does give the readers the ability to rewrite the movie. If I can balance this kind of structure with better lewd content, I feel like we’ll be close to peak voter story format. As promised, if there’s another SSS, it’ll be fluffier. Y’all picked the movie, though. Stephanie Brown's Inferno continues on Sundays. It’s an odd format that we’ve ended up with, but Spoiler will complete her linear adventure, and then we’ll do a big Mayor Barbara Gordon voter arc. HS is...

Back 2 skool

OK! We should be getting back to normal pretty soon. In no particular order, things that may or may not matter depending on who you ask:  - SSS got skipped this weekend because of chaos, but it will return next weekend with something probably pretty eventful, given what’s going on in the story.  - Spoiler resumes 8/17 . This will be a linear story that will run for a while before we do it big with the third and probably final voting arc about Mayor Babs and the tough choices that she will face.  - We will have AR Returns next week as well, and then we’ll go back to FF1 for a bit. I forgot how insanely long ARR is, so that will be our backup story for a little while yet.  - Halloween approaches and I want to be ready. I will be doing some kind of Halloween special this year, but I haven’t decided on it yet. It should be yuri or futa.
