FF1 is ending for real, sort of. I believe 399 is the final chapter, and then there are, I think, 6-7 epilogue chapters, and that’s it. Right at this moment, I’m just assuming that there will be more FF1. A time jump? A new MC? New team? Or my personal favorite, an MC who isn’t a driver? I don’t know. Lots of ideas, lots of polls for some point in the future. And titles! FF1: 2 Futa, 2 Furious. FF1: Irina Strikes Back. FF1: 2? But after 400+ chapters, it’s time to tie it up and at least let it rest a little. If you want more FF1 in the meantime, there is and will continue to be regular new FF1 lewd stuff on Patreon, which is starting to accumulate some content, but this blog post isn’t about that, so DM me if you want to know about that before you spend the money. 

I could also write pages and pages about the development of the FF1 successor HGS and how plans for that have changed over time, but let’s skip to what comes next right now and where you can find it. Next up is Blended, a voter story that will be posted in Futa Soccer Camp in the ‘more stories’ section. In Blended, you, gentle reader, can help guide a new futa MC whose stats and temperament have been painstakingly handcrafted by the Patrons. She will have Riley Jameson as her—as they say on Pornhub—“stepsis” and you’ll share a roof with her, Kayla, and their cousin, Bella, in Gurlberg in an AU where Riley never went away to camp. It will work just like FF1 in 3rd person, but my goal is to learn from some FF1 mistakes and get it spun up quickly, although as usual in the VFU, you can’t expect to just walk into a naked pillow fight in an oil bath occupied by a tentacle monster in chapter 1. I’m bad at estimating these things, but I expect Blended to go for several months. It’s not meant to be nearly as long as FF1, but as with FSC, FF1, BAE—the door to continuing is never slammed shut. We just need to see if the demand is there. 

The plan is that Blended starts the next day after FF1 ends. I’m sure it’ll have a slightly longer than typical first chapter. Please be sure to be vocal with any feedback. I have lots of things going on at once because my ADHD demands it, but the more I know about what people like/don’t like, the more I can try to meet them halfway and write stuff that people actually want. Also, reminder that 1-2 chapters of Resident Futa: Requiem are getting posted each week on AO3 if you’re interested in some elevated, cerebral, thinking-reader’s horror futa smut. We’re in the middle of a gangbang in House Semya on Fridays, young women are making questionable decisions in Sapphic Sorority Undercover on Saturdays, and Batgirl Against Everyone is truly out of hand at this point—and also wrapping up soon, so we’ll be back for another blog post like this one on that.

  Messiness: FF1 is getting toward the Italian Grand Prix. We are entering the final section of the story, but at the rate I’m going, it’s not coming anytime soon. I’ve put a lot of thought, way more thought than is healthy for an e-smut hobby, into what comes next, but since that’s probably a year away, we can worry about that later. For now, FF1 continues as usual. SS: TIE is, in my opinion, going well. It doesn’t lend itself to the best lewd content, but it’s getting crazy, and the nature of the choices it allows really does give the readers the ability to rewrite the movie. The latest in well-reasoned, meticulously planned things that are definitely not tone deaf and impulsive! In addition to taking commissions, I had two projects planned for this summer: FSCR and some kind of trappy crossdressy yaoi thing. House Semya

There’s a lot to unpack here. My last blog post talked about why we went with family values as the theme for House Semya, now let’s talk about the rest. I had three mostly separate challenges with this story: how go about telling a fantasy story and how to do a family story and have them at least mostly succeed at being kind of sexy. On fantasy, I thought about my own experiences reading fantasy novels and things I’ve read about other people reading them. I looked at some of the eroticism in things like Game of Thrones, and observed how even old-timey fantasy was massively horny. I concluded that from my perspective, the most attractive fantasy smut wasn’t smut at all. It was “legit” storytelling that happened to include a larger amount of horniness. I decided to risk going a little bit more plot and exposition heavy and to try to get some characterization in there instead of just throwing us into massive orgies.
